  • "I express my creativity and practical sagacity through my philosophical, artistic, and scholarly works, all of which strive to express existence and its wonderments. At the heart of my teachings lies the insight that experience are  indivisible expressions of existence. However, the unexamined energies of routine and habit often control our thoughts, emotions, and actions, leading us to believe the false notion that we are disconnected individuals, separate from the external world and those around us. To challenge this misconception, I demonstrate that everything and everyone are expressions of existence with no inherent separation. This realization highlights the primary essence in which all things occur. Join me on a journey of captivating creativity, and experience the beauty and complexity of the human experience in a whole new way."

  • Psalms 12: "I will lift up mine eyes to the hills from which cometh my help, my help cometh from the lord who made heaven and earth" ....This quote is a mystical attempt to rise out of the basic instincts of the amydila brain (fight/flight/fear/) and ascend into the higher pre-frontal brain. The hill is your skull.....Jesus was crucifed on "Golgotha Hill"...Golgotha means "place of the skull"....And it is believed that the skull of Adam was buried at the crucifixory point of Jesus because it is at the core ouf our humanity...where it meets the threshhold of the divine that we are crucifed and purified in order to become better than what we are. So lifting up your eyes is a meditative affirmation that pulls you out of the depths of your lower nature and into your "christ mind"....your "gnostic awareness" and into your "higher mind."

  • Our bodies are the source of such pleasure and pain. They are the vehicle through which we experience life. We interact with the world through our senses. Memories are stored and recalled through our body. I walk past a bakery and I’m coming through the door after school to fresh cinnamon buns. A fragment of a Stevie Wonder song and I’m grooving around the kitchen with my son. A look from someone is interpreted a certain way, my shoulders clench and pain lodges in my heart center. Negative thoughts swirl through the mind and the body tightens. We quite naturally go looking for ways to avoid feeling pain and the strategies we use to go numb or protect ourselves add another layer of suffering.

  • Human life is Divine, not only in terms of its potentiality, but because it is a perfect manifestation of all divine impulses of nature, reflected throughout our human physiology as the universe incarnate…

  • Even after awakening, you’re still you! You will not go through a miraculous change and have a complete transformation of your personality. Individuals that are normally sullen do not start running around smiling and laughing all the time. Neither does enlightenment mean that you won’t ever have troubles again. You still need to work, keep your job, and pay your bills. You still have car problems, and your children will get the flu. You could still be passed up for that promotion at work, and your partner may forget your birthday. Your friends will not look at you and say, “You look different today. Were you enlightened over the weekend?” Others will not necessarily recognize you as a special person, especially if they are your family and friends. You don’t become a special, higher being. In fact, it’s the opposite. You realize you are the same as everybody and everything else.

  • The heart teaches in Stillness. Stillnes is your teacher. Everything will become apparent to you in this Stillness.

  • Every molecule is permeated in silence, by the nature of our being, by life itself. It´s the same with all human concerns - the tears, the laughter, the delight and the pain bear witness to that one miracle that we are.

  • To undertake this inquiry, as we’ve already noted, is to go nowhere. There isn’t a thing to learn, a truth to uncover, a secret to unearth. It doesn’t work like that, not at all. This inquiry works on an entirely different axis. It is more akin to dismantling or unlearning… no I’m not going to use that word, forget unlearning. It’s more like a demolition of the foundations on which the world, your world and it’s most important inhabitant, you, rests. The subsequent collapse is all down to nature, as life works it’s magic and pulls your world apart.
