  • Even a sense of lack is part of the completeness of this moment. Truly, nothing is missing.
    Jeff Foster
  • “I” reside behind and apart from thoughts
    Alon Halel Geva
  • Awakening, or enlightenment, is what happens when we realize that what we are looking for is what we already are, the actual awareness perceiving everything right now. Anything other than that is just a concept. You don’t have to see fireworks or have lightning shooting out of your eyes. There will be no special audience with God, and you will not be lifted into the sky by hosts of angels. It will be just you, the same as before. I’m sorry to fizzle out all your mind’s projections of what will happen when this special state visits you, but this is just the plain truth. You are already what you are seeking.
    Enza Vita
  • The true guru is a manifestation of your true nature, as it exists internally and appears to exist externally. The true guru is actually you made manifest, not as you think you are but the real you, presence/awareness itself. Since who you truly are is the totality of being, you are capable of generating many forms, both human and non-human, to bring the focus of the illusionary seeker back to itself. "Guru" is really another word for awareness.
    Enza Vita
  • "You begin to recognize Love infuses everything. Your own heart is the wind, it is the trees, it is the earth. It is even in the conflicts which arise, in the pain that comes up. It is the storm, it is the open sky, it is totality. It excludes nothing and embraces everything. And in this embrace there is but one taste and that is the taste of Love."
    Devaji
  • If you really want to know that which is your own eternal true natural Self, first show you are worthy of that grace by being silent and refusing to continue being owned by a thought stream of delusion.
    John Grenafege
  • Attachment...the delusion that you could hold on.
    Eric Putkonen
  • Here moment to moment. Feeling the flow of life and moving as it. Trusting, not knowing, no names, no ideas, just life. Nothing as a stage to something else. Just here now and constantly surprised.
    Bok
  • One has to watch the fluctuations of the mind without touching anything. By remaining as a neutral witness of thoughts, sensations and perceptions, one comes to know that which is prior to the mind.
    Swami Atmananda Udasin
  • There is nothing wrong.
    Lynn Fraser
