  • When mind learns to humble to silence to bow to stillness
 and rest
in pure presence
of what is
 grace flows
into the pause
and knowing
knows
    Clare Blanchflower
  • As long as we think there is something to get (or something we’ve gotten that we need to hold onto, or identify with, or remain ever-mindful of), we will suffer. When it is recognized that there is literally nothing to get and no one to get it, that is freedom.
    Joan Tollifson
  • Just be still, rest and allow silence to overwhelm you.
    Prajnaparamita
  • Realization includes everything, the mundane and the transcendental. In true awakening, nothing stands apart and nothing is excluded. If we find ourselves in a state where something is excluded, that state, however amazing it is, is still a dualistic state.
    Enza Vita
  • The lens of awakened consciousness has the capacity to narrow its focus down to a point, and becoming in the process, an ‘I’ thought, along with the experience of a separate sense of self. Consciousness also has the capacity to open its lens in ever wider increments in order to include more and more of itself, in this way knowing itself as the whole of existence. As consciousness narrows down its perception to a pin-point as it does with the ‘I’, it apparently has the capacity to have the experience of loosing itself there, in believing itself as truly separate; all the while, however, it is as wide as existence itself. Waking itself out of the dream of the ‘I’, once again, it knows itself as the whole, this time also while knowing itself as this separate ‘I’ sense. This is what is called resolving the paradox of duality. And embodiment is the process that ensues.
    Susanne Marie
  • The love to explore yourself is the force that brings you home

  • Many point TO the Truth, but not many show HOW to get there. ISIP is the HOW.
    Rajiv Kapur
  • Mind and its fleeting ‘isness’ and reality, are only when the words appear and are accepted as truth belonging to someone.
    John Grenafege
  • Now is not in time. So when the understanding blossoms that all there is is Now, it leaves us no choice as to what we are - Now!
    Bok
  • God is always ready, we are unprepared. God is closer to us than close, we are distant to him. God is inside, we're out. God is native to us, we are strangers. (Meister Eckhardt)
