It bows to the monastic tradition and carries it on. Get out of the alienated religion. Into the core of every religion: its eternal core, the mysticism. Lived spirituality is the heart of every culture.
When the monastery enters the enlightened modern age as a temple, as a place of silence, as a place of preservation and transmission of spiritual knowledge, then the transmission of the living flame of the heart is taken care of.
The modern, non-denominational monastery is open to all people who seek retreat and want to meet themselves - regardless of whether they belong to a denomination or a spiritual direction. It offers you a framework that supports you to contemplate, become still and listen to your heart.
