  • The recognition of presence, of sacredness, comes in those moments when you actually feel just like you, that original, beautiful, open, unnamed fullness of who you have always been, and always will be. In this moment you understand at the most profound level that you are life expressing itself both uniquely and always.
    John Siddique
  • For those who follow the Path of Knowledge (Jnana) or the teachings of Non-Duality (Advaita), there is no need to try to stop the modifications of the mind. We should just ignore the stream of thoughts and focus on the subject of all relative awareness, or awareness itself.
    Swami Atmananda Udasin
  • In the light of awareness, our inherent wholeness is revealed.
    Virabhava
  • Without thought, we would always be here and now. There would be no way to be anywhere else. We must come to understand the nature of thought. Why? Because thought happens.
    Bok
  • We place life outside of ourselves imagining that it is something to be managed, and having a spiritual life is another way of managing the uncontrollable nature of life.
    Susanne Marie
  • Many of us have been told about the background I-AM, which I call the “male principle.” All the spiritual practices we have all been doing are concerned solely with strengthening this male principle I-AM. Practices like witnessing, abiding in the “I” or the Self, and actively raising the Kundalini up the spine, are all concerned with the male background I-AM.But there is another I-AM, a very important one. It has not been talked about, but presents itself again and again in our lives: The “Foreground I-AM”. That foreground I-AM is like Mother Kali who arrives with the noble motive of freeing us from our habitual tendencies (vasanas). But She then intensifies Her attack directly on anything we have latched onto, protected, or guarded. Ego is never really eliminated until Kali visits. Facing Her, the subtlest trace of ego that remains hidden in us is plucked out.
    Rajiv Kapur
  • In the lives of some, spontaneously, a deep feeling of desire to be whole, a burning to really understand life, stirs from within, and it is the Consciousness itself that produces this impulse to return to Source.
    John Grenafege
  • The beauty of this invitation is that nothing needs to be changed, fixed, or eliminated. It is a non-dualistic, non-judgmental enquiry into our present being. Everything happens through the agency of awareness.
    Isaac Shapiro
  • The end of all spiritual experiences is simply to be.
    Nick Roach
  • Perception doesn't define who we are. But it does define where we are limited, and where we are not yet free.
    Georgi & Bart
