Virabhava is a dedicated Tantrika who skillfully weaves together the poetic and pragmatic aspects of spirituality. His teachings invite his students to journey beyond concepts and into direct experience, where they can embody the deepest truths of their being. These teachings that Virabhava shares are offered in a spirit of openness and wonder at the depth and breadth of truth to be realised. Born and raised in the UK, his journey has taken him across the world. Beginning in 1997 with renowned Buddhist teacher Jack Kornfield. He has also studied under other prominant teachers, such as Rupert Spira, Tony Parsons and Haressh.
He has completed 1000-hour yoga teacher training and has earned a certification as a somatic modality practitioner. Currently, he is studying for a Masters degree in transpersonal psychology. He pursues Sanskrit language study and is delving deeper into the teachings of non-dual Shaiva Tantra with his current teacher, Hareesh. He teaches in class format and gives talks at workshops, retreats and festivals.
